Returns & Refunds

Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition for return
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all included 
accessories (case, cleaning cloth).

How to request a return
Email contact@zweitt.com with your order number and reason for 
return. We'll provide instructions and a return address.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer 
unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed 
within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Contact 
us if you need help.

Non-returnable items
Sale items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.

No restocking fee is charged for returns.
